SGA Biography

Before State General Agent Debbie Ezernack began her career at American Income Life in 2010 she worked in corporate real estate. She was enticed to join American Income Life because of the advancement opportunities, renewal income, and 10-year vesting. The only thing Debbie says she would handle differently about her career with American Income Life would be to start building her team faster.

“All my hard work and commitment has paid off,” Debbie says.

Debbie’s greatest accomplishments with American Income Life include qualifying for a management contract within six weeks of starting her career with the Company and getting her SGA contract in less than three and a half years.

“We offer our community the opportunity to work for a stable and secure Company. The training we provide helps people become financially successful. We’re passionate about helping and serving union members and their families, not just selling them life insurance,” Debbie says.

In her spare time you’ll find Debbie reading or outdoors hiking, camping, and canoeing. She loves to spend time with her family, including her eight children and seven grandchildren.

Debbie supports St. Jude, Shriner’s Hospital, and the American Red Cross. Her office puts jobs back into the community and helps working class families afford insurance to help ease the financial burden of losing a loved one.

“Have commitment, dedication, and a positive attitude. The passion for helping people has to be in your heart. You have to be here for the right reason, which is to help families,” Debbie says to anyone considering a sales position with American Income Life.
